“ I’ve been going to The Wellness Refinery for nearly 4 years now. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, because this amazing place delivers excellent hospitality, incredible drinks, a clean and safe sauna experience, and are constantly offering new and exciting things to try, learn, and experience. Every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable, and many of them know be my name and remember my order (so fun to be a “regular”) but I suspect this hospitality is not just for the regulars, but for every guest. The saunas are always spotless, the rooms also have great amenities like cleaning wipes, cool water, and aux cord converters for the sauna. They also have add-ons like cold towels that elevate your experience. Their tonic bar has the highest quality products and they use ingredients that leave me feeling hydrated, fresh, and nourished. I always look forward to coming to the Wellness Refinery, and having “me” time in the sauna. As far as the benefits of the sauna, I’ve personally found that I’m less sick since integrating the sauna into my weekly routine, and my skin is more clear and soft. I love scheduling a sauna after a busy week or when I need a reset. Thank you to the amazing team! ”
“ I love Wellness Refinery!! I’ve been multiple times to endulge in their delicious smoothies, but I recently treated myself to a sauna session! It is a unique experience and they make it feel so personalized and enjoyable. My smoothie was ready for me when I was out There is no comparable place in the city. I hope that soon they will be able to add showers for after the sauna which would be the icing on the cake!!! ”
“ My go to for sauna experience!! I sauna 3-5 x a wk at the gym but supplement with saunas at least once a quarter at WF. Pricey but worth it. Saunas are well maintained, private, and HOT. They offer 30 and 45 min, single and double. I’ve done all. 30 is the most I can handle without having to take multiple breaks so I don’t buy 45s anymore. Double is fun for couples or w a friend. Adjustable lights and color therapy inside the sauna. Wipes and water and towels provided for during / after your sweat. Only downside is no shower on site so I recommend ample time to dry off, wipe off, change into loose comfortable clothing, and relax. Putting on leggings or rushing off to another to-do means you’ll be feeling very uncomfortable. I continue to sweat for up to 30 min after. Sign up for emails. They do a lot of fun events and sales for holidays like 4th of July etc. A lot of cool retail on site, staff is friendly, and their smoothies are amazing. Just grabbed a 20% sauna session w their LDW sale. ”

“ I am obsessed with this place. If I could come every day I would! The atmosphere and employees are so welcoming and make you feel right at home. They explain in full detail the sauna routine and each private room is spotless and just exudes relaxation. The personalized white board messages in your sauna room and body/face wipes for post-sauna really add an extra touch fo magic. My favorite part? The option to play your own music or podcast in the sauna while you sweat—playing chill music or guided meditations while there has helped with my ongoing struggle with anxiety. You'll leave feeling so refreshed and energized—it truly is an amazing experience. Oh and don't leave with trying one of their wellness lattes! Each one I've tried has been better than the last. I can't recommend the wellness refinery enough! Especially during these dry, cold winters there is no better way to warm up! ”

The owner was super cool – like, seriously chill. She made me feel right at home and took care of everything with my appointment. Major props to her for that. And the smoothies? Straight-up fire.
